Standing on a stage is stressful. You’ve got bright lights in your eyes, a hundred people watching you, and a million things to remember.

The last thing you should be worrying about is, "Wait, am I going over my time?"

We’ve seen too many speakers panic-check their watches mid-sentence. That’s why we designed StageClock to be a speaker's "security blanket."

A Bold, Clear Countdown Big, bright, and easy to read—with clear color signals and producer alerts.

Designing for Panic (in a good way)

When you're nervous, your brain can't process complex information. You don't want to see a wall of numbers. You just want to know: "Am I okay, or do I need to hurry?"

StageClock uses simple color cues to tell that story:

  • Green: You’re doing great. Keep going.
  • Yellow: Warning state. Start wrapping up.
  • Red: Final minute. Finish now!

It’s Like Having a Producer in Your Ear

With the Speaker View, the producer can even send private messages like "Wrap it up" or "Skip to the next slide." The speaker sees these right next to the timer. It’s like a friendly nudge that keeps the show on track without the audience ever knowing.

Mobile Optimization: Speakers can even use their own tablet or smartphone as a personal monitor on the lectern. Our interface automatically adjusts to fit any screen size perfectly.

By removing the "time mystery," we allow speakers to focus on what they do best: sharing their message.

Give your speakers the confidence they deserve. Try StageClock for your next keynote.
